Personal Injury Reports
We prepare comprehensive Loss of Earnings reports that quantify and justify the client's loss of earnings to give our clients and counsel the edge in their negotiations with the opposing party.  We achieve this by compiling the client's earning's history in great detail by interviewing the client-victim and by reviewing the client's tax returns, accounting records and professional credentials.  We quantify the loss of earnings by comparing the present value of the distressed earnings as a consequence of the injury relative to the present value of the earnings had the injury not occurred.
